House Rules & Safety

House Rules

1. Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm (indoors and outdoors).

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. No pets allowed.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted within the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape
pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. There will be a $100 charge per day of reservation if smoking products, i.e. cigarette butts, are found left/disposed of inside the home, regardless if smoking activity occurred outside of the home.

5. Guests are permitted to burn only wood in the outdoor firepit; absolutely no burning of paper products, cardboard, particle board, plastics, or any other materials or substances.

6. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the
property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

7. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.

8. Leaving the rental in excessively dirty/unkempt condition will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

9. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

10. For your security and protection the property is equipped with exterior cameras
and motion lights. Security camera tampering in any way is prohibited.

Check-out Instructions

We're Easy! :)

  • DO NOT strip beds (our professional cleaners handle that!)
  • Close & lock all windows and doors
  • Put dishes in dishwasher & start load
  • Collect trash in the home and place in outdoor bin to prevent odors
